Why give away free FairTax Books?
It’s simple: We truly BELIEVE in the merits of Fair taxation. We have lived our entire lives under the current tax system and have experienced its inefficiencies, social biases and intrusion into our free society countless times. We firmly believe that something should not be perpetuated indefinitely just because it ‘has always been that way’. When something is broken it should be fixed, and we feel that all can agree that the current tax system is broken into a million pieces. Only The People have the power to fix how we fund our government, and that fix is the FairTax.

Can I ship a book to someone other than myself?
Of course. Just provide the person’s name, address, and e-mail address and you can ship a FairTax Book to anyone you’d like. Free of charge, naturally.

Can I request more than 1 book?
Yep! We want to spread the greatness that is the FairTax to all those who want to learn. If you are a teacher or other type of group leader who wishes to teach the FairTax to your constituents we would love to help. Are my donations tax deductible under the current, antiquated, communist-inspired tax system?
In order for donations to be considered charitable (and thus tax deductible) under the current tax system, the charity must be registered with the Federal Government as a 501(c)3 Tax Exempt Entity. FreeFairTaxBook.org has applied for this status and is currently awaiting response from the IRS. We are certain our status will be approved, but donations are presently not considered tax deductible. We’ll be sure to keep you posted.

What should I do after I’m done reading the book?
Now that you’re a FairTax supporter, help the cause and spread the love around. Give the book to a friend. Let your folks borrow it and learn about the joys of Fair taxation. Talk about the FairTax to your Sunday school class and tell them about our site where they, too, can get a FairTax Book for free. Basically, we want you to help get the word out. Washington elitists with deep pockets and selfish wishes dictate the current tax system with no regard to how it effects the general public. The FairTax is the tax system of and for The People. Once the masses get behind the FairTax, no amount of lobbyists or special interest groups will be able to stop the transition of the FairTax from great idea to law.  Join the revolution and help ensure America’s future is a Fair one.

I requested a book over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. What gives?
Yeah, uh, sorry about that. There are a few reasons this might have happened. For starters, we are a non-profit company funded entirely by donations, so it is possible that we currently have no money and thus cannot afford to pay for shipping. It is also possible that our inventory of FairTax Books has run completely dry and we have no money to buy new ones. So not only can we not afford to ship you a book, but we can’t afford to buy a book to ship. Lastly, we might have just forgotten. Go ahead and submit a new request, and we’ll try to get a book to you ASAP. If we currently have no money to pay for shipping, we will try to send you an email letting you know.

Where can I get more information about the FairTax?
Good question. Wikipedia is a good place to start. FairTax.org is also a good resource. But, to be honest, we feel the best way to gain an understanding of the FairTax and to discover the benefits of Fair taxation is to read The FairTax Book! (Duh) If you have already done that, then go ahead and check out the links above. If you haven’t, stop stalling and request your free FairTax Book right now.

I want to donate my FairTax book to help spread the word! How do I go about doing that?
We LOVE getting free stuff and we welcome all gifts and donations! But, perhaps the FairTax message could be better spread by letting one of your friends borrow your FairTax book or giving it to someone in your community to read. Just a thought. I’ve heard of a sequel to the FairTax Book; do you give those away for free?
Baby steps, my friends, baby steps. Maybe eventually we will be able to distribute other FairTax materials besides The FairTax Book, but for now our efforts are 100% focused on getting the word out about the FairTax, and we feel that the original book gets the message across the best.

I want to make a donation but I want something to show for it. Do you sell any FreeFairTaxBook.org merchandise?
Not yet. Keep checking back though as we should have some stickers and T-shirts available in the near future.
